Take astaxanthin for a long time, it's excellent for anti-oxidation and relieving fatigue. Particularly good for the eyes, and it’s cost-effective.
Although I’m unsure of its effects on muscles, it appears effective for eye fatigue. I don’t take it the day I consume salmon or shrimp. This is my fifth bottle, but the capsules often stick together. I recommend shaking them well before opening.
